Food & Beverage: Japanese breakfast at the Montcalm Hotel's Crescent Restaurant is to be experienced and appreciated; as must the amazingly invigorating effect that this healthy, low calorie meal has on the body.

The healthy attributes of the breakfast are numerous; Miso soup (made from fermented soya bean) is high in vitamin B, seaweed is rich in minerals and reputedly purifies the blood of pollution, natural pickles aid digestion, and the positive effects of oily fish on the brain and joints have been well documented.
