The building is a Grade II listed, 18th century Georgian town house of historical interest. In 1839 it was the birthplace of William De Morgan, the famous potter and novelist.

- From the city, take William Street until you see the landmark Coca-Cola sign.
- Proceed up the Kings Cross exit ramp straight ahead and pass the sign until the first roundabout. Annam Suites is on your left side.

By Train:
The nearest station is Kings Cross. When walking out of the station turn right, then left onto Bayswater Road. After 100 metres, turn right onto Ward Avenue. Annam Suites Potts Point is on the corner. It is a grey 6-floor building with signs on-site.
