Hotel Information: Hazlitt's occupies three historic houses in Frith Street, Soho Square. In 1718 there were no lifts, but we've updated the plumbing, installed bathrooms and replaced most of the candles with electricity.

At Hazlitt's we have created an atmosphere of civilised surroundings, old-fashioned hospitality and friendly, efficient service. Our rooms are traditional, with original panelled walls and mellow, unpretentious old furniture, pictures and rugs. Our croissants are baked fresh every morning. All this located away from the roar of traffic, but within a very short walk of the most important attractions.

A comfortable room in elegant surroundings, a location second to none: no wonder Hazlitt's is such a favourite with stage, film and media people from all over the world.

Because Hazlitt's is small and very popular, early booking is always advisable. Please make your reservation as far in advance as possible.

Room Information: Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, a combined oven and microwave, an electric hotplate with a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker and an electric kettle. The kitchens are fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and glassware.
In addition, each apartment contains the following furnishings and facilities:
an attractively decorated living room and bedroom (studios are one room only)
luxurious bathroom, a dining/working table, a sitting area, an extra large closet, LCD televisionscreens (in living room and bedroom), an audio system, a telephone with direct outside line, a free ADSL internet connection, a free WIFI network, a safe, an ironing board and iron.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.

Area Information: The apartments are located in an attractive 19th century building in a residential district of Amsterdam, within walking distance from the Museumplein, the Concertgebouw, various museums, fashionable shopping streets, interesting pubs and restaurants, and a large supermarket (open every day)
Public transport is available at 300 meter.

Travel Information: by train
from Central Station, take tram no 5,16 or 24. Get off at Concertgebouw/Museumplein. Walk along Van Baerlestraat, leaving Concertgebouw behind you on your right. The second street on the right is Nicolaas Maesstraat. The apartments are at no.72

by car
On the Ring A10, take the exit for OUD ZUID (no 108). Follow the signs four OUD ZUID. Drive along the Amstelveenseweg. At the first roundabout, take the second exit off. This is the Cornelis Krusemanstraat, which turns into De Lairessestraat. Follow this road all the way to Museumplein. From there, make a right turn and take the 2nd street to your right (Nicolaas Maesstraat). You will find no.72 on your right after 100 metres. Parking is available in the underground car park at Museumplein.
