Spindles is open 07:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Friday), and from 08:00 until 19:00 (Saturday and Sunday). Accompanying children are welcome from 09:00 until 12:00, and from 14:00 until 17:00).

From Tower Bridge:
- Proceed through the Limehouse Link Tunnel and take the 1st exit (signposted Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs).
- Turn right at the junction and continue on to Marsh Wall.

From the M25:
- Leave the M25 at junction 27.
- Join the M11 south.
- Continue to the end of the M11 and follow signs to the A406 (Docklands/Isle of Dogs) and connect with the A13.
- Follow signs to the Isle of Dogs. The hotel sits to the south of Canary Wharf on Marsh Wall.

By Rail:
The hotel is situated 3 minutes' walk from the Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station. Alternatively, connections to Docklands Light Railway (DLR) can be taken from Bank and Tower Hill stations on the London Underground.
