The Maxima opened in 2008 and is situated in the heart of Rome and offers a range of apartments, which are equipped with every modern comfort. During your stay you will be guaranteed an impeccable service by our fully trained and dedicated team and they will ensure a relaxed and memorable stay.

The Maxima is an exclusive Villa in historic Rome. The Maxima residence is situated a few steps from Trastevere and 15 minutes from the historic monuments of Rome.
Ideally located our guests can easily access stores, banks, pharmacies, cinema, theatres, restaurants and bars. For those who love nature Monteverde has Villa Doria Pamphili which is one of the parks larger than Rome. Here you are able to partake in jogging and cycling and other various sport activities or simply take a walk.

Room Information: The Residence is made up of 9 comfortable apartments. All the apartments are luxuriously furnish and offer each guest a warm welcome. There are six two bed apartments composed from one double room with king size bed and a living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining area. There are an additional three apartments composed from one double room with king size bed, a living room with queen and single sofa bed, bathroom and full kitchen.

We also offer a luxurious penthouse with a terrace, a selection of Italian liqueurs, together with a variety of books that tell the secrets of Rome. The Penthouse consists of a master-bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area.
