From Ciampino Airport, you can get a bus to Anagnina Metro Station and take the metro to Termini Station, change at Termini and take the metro to Piramide Metro Station. Turn left along Via Ostiense and walk for about 25 metres and turn right into Via dei Magazzini Generali, where the Hotel Pyramid is located at number 4.
