10 Reasons to Visit Moscow
Moscow is the capital of Russia and one of its most beautiful cities today. It had a rough start but now it's outshining some of the more popular cities that promise to capture and amaze, and with that, give you even more reasons to visit Moscow.

1. The Red Square - This is a definite must-go city square which separates the Kremlin and the historic merchant quarter Kitay-gorod. Stand in the middle of it all and take in the beauty from all angles in what people consider not only being the main city-square, but the main center of Russia as well.

2. The Moscow Metro - Probably the most expensive and impressive, the underground train area looks more like a beautiful historical museum, with each station being designed in a different way to commemorate important persons or events throughout the years.

3. The People - Most say that the people in Moscow are frank and almost cold in ways, but when you stop and talk to them, you'd realize how diverse they really are and how the people are a delight to be around once you get to know them. So don't be shy!

4. Sandunovskaya Banya - A two hour long Russian steam bath with friends in surroundings which make you feel like you're being transported to the 19th century with its designs and expensive furniture.

5. Luxury - Though there are cheaper hotels around, catering to everyone's budget, the grand ones are worth the visit, even if it's for the night, living in the high life of Moscow. Be pampered, dine in one of their fancy restaurants and expect champagne on the menu, even if it's for breakfast!

6. Fantastic Artwork - If you're a museum junkie then you're pretty much spoilt for choice with dozens of museums and galleries, and don't forget to stop by Gorky's House for all you architect lovers out there.

7. Gastronomic delights – It's not just about Russian cuisine anymore, Moscow is home to some of the best food from all over the world. From Lebanese to Italian and Moroccan, you'll find it all here.

8. Bursting Nightlife – Moscow's nightlife can get as pretentious as you can possibly imagine but it doesn't lack when it comes to fun and having a good time! Vodka is the primary choice for starting the evening, though there're hundred's of other choices that await you as well.

9. Shopping – Not just ordinary shopping, you get the most out of Moscow at the flee markets and the famous Gorbushka Market, places with unbelievable items and deals.

10. The Backstreets – Forget walking around the latest shopping areas or the most uptrend malls, the backstreets of Moscow in the midst of winter would show you a different side of Moscow that's simplistic and charming.
