Paris Vacations
Often dubbed as the "city of lights" because of its intellectual preeminence as well as to its beautiful features, the city of Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The precious gem of France, the city of Paris is in the north-central part of the country on the Seine River.

The capital and largest city of France, Paris is the commercial & industrial hub of France and a center of cultural and intellectual international activities. It's the city of feminine beauties offering stacks of luxury articles, high-fashion clothing, perfume, and jewelry. It's the city of love and romance.

Paris has great historical associations and has been vastly influential in the realms of international culture, art, fashion, food and design. Popular hub of international fashion, Paris is one of the most popular tourist destinations of the world. The city hides infinite number of unspeakable romances in her breast. It is one of the most visited cities in the world with more than 30 million foreign visitors per year.

Paris is widely known for neo-classical architecture, skyscrapers, apartment complexes, museums and galleries, beautiful locations, and active nightlife. Home to numerous posh pubs, clubs, and restaurants, Paris offers one of the most vivacious nightlifes in the Europe. The city becomes highly vibrant during nights.

Paris is also famous for its museums and galleries. One of the largest and most famous museums, Louvre museum contains the famous Mona Lisa (La Joconde) and the Venus de Milo statue. Musée Picasso and Musée Rodin feature the works by Pablo Picasso and Rodin. Musée Cluny and Musée d'Orsay offer the marvelous art and artifacts from the Middle Ages and Impressionist eras.

Paris is also a very popular entertainment hub. The city has fantastic opera houses, theatre and concert halls, dancehalls and discotheques, and cinemas. Opéra Garnier and Opera Bastille are two great opera houses in Paris, and Bobino, Théâtre Mogador and the Théâtre de la Gaîté-Montparnasse are Paris' major theatres.

Paris is also known for beautiful parks & gardens, and cemeteries. Major tourist attractions of Paris include Bois de Boulogne, Arc de Triomphe, Bibliothèque nationale, Élysée Palace, Grand Palais, Georges Pompidou National Center for Art and Culture, Place de la Concorde, Opéra, Comédie Française, Louvre Museum, Palais de Chaillot, Maison Européenne de la Photographie, Grande Arche de la Défense, Champs Élysées, the Museum of the Art and History of Judaism, the Place de la Bastille, Bastille Opera, Church of Sacré-Cœur, the Luxembourg Palace and Gardens, the Jardin des Plantes- the site of the National Natural History Museum, Eiffel Tower by the Seine on the Champ-de-Mars, the Île de la Cité, the hill of Montmartre - the historical nucleus of Paris, and Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris.

Paris enjoys Oceanic temperate climate that rarely touches extremely high or low temperatures. The average yearly high temperature is about 15 °C (59 °F), and yearly low is 7 °C (45 °F). The city is known for its sudden showers; rainfall can occur at any time of the year. Snowfall is a rare, but the months of January or February are the coldest in Paris.
