Vacation in Paradise - Bahamas Atlantis
After your dive cruise honeymoon vacation in the Bahamas, it is time to step on firm land. Do visit Bahamas' world famous Atlantis Paradise Island (owned by Kerzner International). The Alantis is host to the largest casino in the Caribbean, a USD 15 million marina, crystal clear blue lagoons, breathtaking waterfalls and yes, most of all, you must see the legendary underwater ruins of Atlantis itself.
While there, go try the world class Mayan Temple Water Slides and scream your lungs out at:
The Serpent Slide: This slide will spin you wildly through the temple then send you out into the predator lagoon.
Leap of Faith Slide: Get yourself braced for this exhilirating ride. It is a 60 foot vertical drop shooting you at a speed of up to 35 miles an hour into the shark's lagoon. Do you dare to take this ride?
Jungle Slide: This is my favorite. You just meander leisurely through exotic caves and a tropical jungle. Beautiful and calming effect.
There are many more rides you can check out for yourself when in Atlantis Paradise Island.
Do go to the Paradise Lagoon too, it is 7 acre saltwater lagoon for snorkeling with colorful tropical fishes and eleven saltwater habitats with over 150 species of marine animals. Who said you need to scuba dive to experience rich marine life?
The Bahamas Atlantis is a world class resort so you can also expect fine dining and excellent services. As I said, these beautiful islands offer much more then just scuba diving cruises but an all embracing truly memorable vacation for the family or with diving buddies.
